The new year is a popular time to detox but in the cold European winter months a cleanse is much easier on your body and your self. It’s cold outside so it’s natural your body is craving warm comforting food.
So give your body what it wants with warm meals such as steamed vegetables with vegetables or brown rice, or the ayurvedic classic kitcheri.
